Charming historical street environment adds to the allure.
The lack of reception made it impossible to address issues, like the persistent cigarette smell in the room and a clogged sink. Wi-Fi was unreliable, rendering it useless halfway through my stay, and despite promises from management, no compensation was ever received. The overall experience felt chaotic, and it was annoying to communicate issues without immediate assistance.

Had excellent 1 night here. The room was reasonably large, it had a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a multi-channel television. The bed was very comfy and the staff were amiable. The location was incredible - near to Via Margutta and a nice pedestrian street. Plus, a large urban square was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. This hotel was stunningly beautiful and I would come here again.

The self check-in process was smooth with a secure code, nice for a flexible arrival. The accommodation was stylish and clean, located on a beautiful street within walking distance of key attractions like the Spanish Steps. The staff's communication was occasionally brusque, which detracted from the experience. The homemade jams at breakfast were a good touch.

pleasant stay with minor hiccups
The room was stunningly designed with really good use of space. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful city view from my window, unlike any other place I've been before.
The location, while picturesque, had a bit of street noise at times.
